where do you hold your workshops
the great thing about our flower crown workshops is that we come to you!! You've got enough to do, organising your event, so let us bring all the bits and pieces to you.
we can come to your private residence, or can suggest some venues if you don't yet have one.
Some of our favourite places include local parks, cafes, beer gardens. The possibilities are endless
we are based in Newcastle, NSW, servicing Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Hunter Valley areas

what do we need to supply

Once you've sorted a venue, all you need to worry about is bringing your creativity and sense of fun to the workshop.
we will bring everything needed
Most people prefer a table to work at, but these are not necessary. Blankets/cushions on the ground are also a good workspace, depending on the preferences of your group
do you have a minimum/maximum amount of participants?
yes, we require a minimum group of 10 for a workshop to go ahead. Smaller groups may be catered for (additional fees apply). We don't have a maximum amount of people, as we can always provide more florists to help
how long does the workshop run for?
1.5hours is usually long enough for everyone to complete their crowns and be photo ready. Times may vary according to number of participants
What are the costs and how can i book?

will i be a qualified florist after this workshop
sorry, no. this is more about having a fun and creative experience. If you'd like to learn more about floristry and learn some new techniques? - book in for a 'show me how' workshop
a range of professional tips and techniques used in floristry will be shared and practiced with your qualified floral tutor. special attention given to floral selection and wiring techniques. DIY kits can be purchased to continue your newfound skills at home
what if i don't have a hens party or baby shower coming up...
you don't need an official reason, just a desire to create and have fun...fill out a form and get the ball rolling
can i bring my flower mad daughter along?
sure, we are happy to assist any youngsters. Fees are the same for them at this workshop. Alternatively, we offer workshops for the little ones. Enquire now. School holiday programs coming soon
do you cater for children or people with a disability?
yes we do, we pride ourselves on catering for all ages and abilities. with a background in teaching people with a disability, we are happy to adapt the course content as required
what else do you offer?

we can man a flower crown station at your private party/event/corporate function (e.g. melbourne cup)
team bonding
looking for a unique way to cement your team and increase morale?
a flowercrown workshop unites all in their quest for headwear perfection...great activity for corporate event
little creatives
we dont like the little people to feel left out...let them create their own flowercrowns as part of a birthday party or just a get together with their friends. workshops are adapted to suit ages of participants, and can also cater for mother/daughter groups
